A Streamlined Approach to Complex Development & Legal Management

Because we house a complete roster of engineers, architects, and legal counsel under one roof, our onboarding process is designed to be highly efficient, thoroughly confidential, and tailored to the specific regulatory or structural demands of your project.
Here’s what to expect when you partner with us:
Step 1: Initial Contact & Project Brief
To begin, please send an email to Services@amcanpro.ca outlining your project or legal matter. Include a brief summary of the required services, the property address, and any immediate deadlines or existing municipal orders.
Step 2: Internal Expert Assessment
Once your brief is received, it is immediately routed to the appropriate internal department. Whether it requires the attention of our structural engineers, our environmental team, or our OLT legal counsel, our experts will review your details to determine project feasibility and regulatory requirements. You will receive a response from our team within 2 to 3 business days.
Step 3: Strategy Consultation
If your project falls within our scope of expertise, we will schedule an initial Zoom consultation. This meeting allows our specialists to dive deeper into your objectives, discuss potential regulatory roadblocks, and outline the preliminary strategy required to move your project forward.
Step 4: Site Visit & Action Plan
Following a successful consultation, our team will schedule a comprehensive site visit if required. Our engineers, architects, or arborists will evaluate the physical property to verify site conditions, finalize the scope of work, and begin drafting the official action plan to secure your approvals or execute your development.
For Urgent Legal Matters & Provincial Offences
If you are facing an immediate legal issue, such as a stop-work order, conservation violation, or a pressing provincial offence charge, time is critical.
Action: Please call our office directly or email Services@amcanpro.ca with the word “URGENT” in the subject line.
Response: Urgent legal inquiries bypass our standard queue and receive priority assessment, typically within 24 hours.
